In my previous post, we saw a list of JavaScript libraries for charts with a short description. I have explored some new libraries and let me list in this post.

Epoch.js: Epoch is a general purpose charting library for application developers and visualisation designers. It focuses on two different aspects of visualisation programming: basic charts for creating historical reports, and real-time charts for displaying frequently updating time series data. I felt this one is good for real time charts.

Project Eon: Eon is a open source JavaScript framework suitable for real time dashboards and maps. Eon is build on top of c3. This is ideally a good choice for distributed systems. This provides different real time charts like line, bar, pie (Many charting libraries won’t support real time pie. So this should be great feature), donut, maps.

I have found some more libraries which I am still exploring, So I have just listed below

  • ember
  • sigma
  • morris
  • cubism
  • plottable
  • echarts

If I have missed out any library or there is any references, please mention it in the comment section.
